About

Rob Browton

I am an occupational psychologist with twenty years in enterprise employee listening, organisational development and leadership facilitation — programmes running from a hundred people to a hundred thousand, across multiple countries and languages. My focus now is the shift to AI-supported work: turning something abstract and fast-moving into something professionals and teams can reason about, plan for and act on.

The work on this site looks scattered until you notice what it has in common. A culture platform for transformation leaders and a voice-first journal for the first year of parenthood are the same craft pointed at different rooms: ask better questions, structure what comes back, and give someone something they can actually use. Some of it is commercial, some of it is built for its own sake, and one strand of it is deliberately quiet.

I write about all of it on Substack, run The EX Institute, and build most of what you see here myself.
